Clean hotel, the staff was attentive.

I appreciated this absolutely great place, stayed there for 4 nights. Had essentials needed in the standard double room, including an electric kettle and refrigerators😃

We enjoyed spending 2 nights here. The hotel was located next to the main shopping street and Sunshine City shopping mall, restaurants and many shopping and food places. The room we had included a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Pleased it had a bathtub.

The bed in our room was a bit too soft.

I was really surprised by how tiny the room was. With my husband and our three-year-old, we felt like we were all crammed into a shoebox. Definitely plan for a bigger space if you're traveling as a family!

I enjoyed staying here. The location was amazing, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was very amiable. I was given a twin room with a safe box, television, and a fridge. The bathroom was nice, with a bidet...

The room itself was cozy, adorned with shelves packed with manga volumes, and featured Simons’ comfortable bed that made relaxing with a good book a genuine delight.

Nonetheless, this didn't overshadow my overall enjoyable experience.

The mattress was hard. I also found the pillows overly flat and offered no support, which significantly impacted my rest. The hotel's location was farther from Ikebukuro JR Station than I had anticipated.

Oh man, the free nightly ramen and popsicles were a game changer after exploring Ikebukuro! Plus, the onsen was just divine, especially the outdoor bath under the stars.

Sure, the double room was a bit cramped for my two big bags, but it didn't take away from the overall cozy vibe of my stay. The twin room, though? Perfectly spacious!

The hot spring baths were wonderful, spacious, and clean! Plus, the complimentary snacks like ramen and ice cream added a good touch to my stay.

The room was quite small, which can be expected in Tokyo, but carrying heavy luggage to the hotel wasn't ideal.

The room was clean and had a pleasant Japanese design. The bed felt a bit firm, but that's common in Japan. The washing machine service was amazing. I could save on packing. Staff made everything simple with instructions in English. The distance from Ikebukuro station became tiring toward the end of my stay, especially with all my shopping bags. A minor detail, wish there were more shower options in the room itself. Fantastic amenities, but a couple of small tweaks would make it even better.
